Youth Program Coaches










Director of Rowing/Head Men's Coach
  - Bryan Little 

Coach Little is in his third season with Space Coast Crew. He comes to us with 8 years experience including coaching with Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa as well as Bolles and Episcopal in Jacksonville. He served over 7 years in the Navy and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from University of North Florida. Coach Bryan is currently completing his masters in Sport Coaching and Leadership and is US Rowing Level 2 Certified. He is very excited to continue to grow our team and to be putting down roots in Brevard.











Women's Varsity Coach - Katie Cronk

Katie is a Space Coast Crew alum prior to her graduation from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s of Science in Marine Science. She rowed at University of Florida after 4-years with SCC and graduating from Eau Gallie HS.  She currently works for as a legal assistant in a Law office. 










Men’s Novice Coach 
 
Jocelyn Little 

Coach Jocelyn is in her third year with Space Coast Crew and she comes to us with experience coaching with Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa as well as Bolles in Jacksonville and Rochester Rowing in Minnesota. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Specialization in Coaching Strength & Conditioning and Minor in Nutritional Science. While at Michigan State she competed as a Division I scholarship athlete in rowing. She is US Rowing Level 2 Certified.  She recently completed her Master's degree in Sport Coaching and Leadership at Michigan State University, the summer of 2020.



Coach Katelynn




Women's Assistant Coach
- Katelynn Thompson


Coach Katelynn rowed for SCC for 3 years in high school and graduated from Satellite. This will be her 2nd season as an assistant coach for the team. She recently received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Conservation Resources.


Middle School Coach - Rob Fischer 

This is Rob’s fifth season as an SCC parent and his second year helping with the Middle School program. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Management. Rob is currently a Launch Site Support Engineer for NASA’s Launch Services Program at Kennedy Space Center.


Middle School Coach - Bill Janczewski
Bill comes to us as a 23 year USAF veteran whose interest in rowing developed after working closely with the team during the 2019-2020 season; this is his first year as part of our SCC coaching staff.  While he has never rowed, he does bring expertise in the strength, conditioning, and functional fitness realm, working to push our rowers to reach their full potential.  Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Disaster and Emergency Management and is currently the Assistant Chief for Training at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station fire department.



Middle School Coach - Jordan Reed 
Coach Reed rowed for Space Coast her senior year of high school and quickly developed a love for the sport. Wanting to continue to be involved with SCC, she was offered the opportunity to coach for the Middle School team. She loves working with kids and believes that rowing is the perfect sport for mental and physical growth, learning to work together as a team, and a place for healthy social interactions. Jordan is attending Eastern Florida State College, pursuing a certification as a Surgical Assistant.
