Women's Varsity Coach - Jocelyn Little
Coach Jocelyn is in her fifth year with Space Coast Crew and she comes to us with experience coaching with Academy of the Holy Names in Tampa as well as Bolles in Jacksonville and Rochester Rowing in Minnesota. She is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Specialization in Coaching Strength & Conditioning and Minor in Nutritional Science. While at Michigan State Coach Jocelyn competed as a Division I scholarship athlete in rowing. She is US Rowing Level 2 Certified. She recently completed her Master's degree in Sport Coaching and Leadership at Michigan State University.

Middle School Head Coach - Sydney Spicer
I am Coach Sydney and I am the Head Coach on the Middle School team. I work with Coach Andy to provide quality mentorship to the athletes and monitor safety. I graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Behavior Analysis and rowed with the Women's team for 3 years. Before that, I rowed in high school for 4 years and learned that this sport was meant for me. Rowing has been an integral part of my life since I was introduced, and I would say I am living the dream being able to coach athletes every day. I believe sport is a way to build mental and physical strength. My goal is to instill valuable life lessons including sportsmanship, leadership and accountability as well as educate the athletes on the how to row. Come join the SCC family!
Middle School Assistant Coach - Andy Li
I have rowed at Space Coast Crew during high school year. Right after graduated from high school I started coaching the Middle School Team because I want more people to be able to enjoy this sport and become a better version of themselves. It has been one and half a year since I start coaching. During this time, I'm not only making others become better, but also myself. However, Middle School Team is a lot more different than the High School Team (Unorganized), and the process of communicate each other and connect each other together in order to become a better team is what I love about Middle School program.
